Drug abuse is one of the serious challenges affecting young people and communities today. Creating awareness at the right age, encouraging informed choices and building a strong culture of prevention are essential steps towards protecting the future of our youth.

With this objective, Invincible NGO, Ahmedabad, took its annual No Drugs Campaign to a much larger scale in 2026. Led by Rushiraj Mori, Founder of Invincible NGO, the campaign travelled across Saurashtra with a powerful message against drug abuse and in support of a healthier, drug-free generation.

The 12-day No Drugs Campaign 2026 was conducted from 29 June to 10 July 2026, covering 1,100+ kilometres, 11 cities, 12 riders and more than 250 events, with an intended reach of 300,000+ lives.

Ride for Youth with Rushiraj Mori

The campaign was built around the idea of “Ride for Youth”, with Rushiraj Mori leading a team of riders across major cities of Saurashtra.

Rather than conducting a single awareness programme, the campaign took the message directly to the places where young people study, gather and interact. Schools, colleges and communities became important points of engagement, allowing the campaign to reach a wider audience and create conversations around drug abuse and prevention.

The scale of the initiative reflected its ambition:

  • 12 riders
  • 1,100+ km of travel
  • 11 cities across Saurashtra
  • 250+ awareness events
  • 300,000+ lives targeted for impact

Each city brought a new set of activities, participants and opportunities to spread the message of a drug-free future.

Strong Support for a Drug-Free Youth

The No Drugs Campaign received support from several organisations and government-linked departments working towards youth development, public safety and drug prevention.

The campaign was supported by the SOG Department, Anti-Narcotics Department, NCC, Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports, MY Bharat and Gujarat Police.

The participation and support of these organisations helped bring different areas of expertise and community engagement together around one common objective—creating greater awareness about drug abuse and encouraging young people to stay away from substance use.

Indiatic Foundation’s Role

Indiatic Foundation was a supporter of the No Drugs Campaign 2026, contributing to the campaign through on-ground coordination and preparation across the cities covered during the journey.

Our role involved working one day ahead of the campaign team. While the riders were travelling towards the next city, Indiatic Foundation took responsibility for helping prepare the ground for their arrival and the following day’s activities.

This included coordinating with schools and colleges, identifying venues and institutions for awareness programmes, helping organise rallies with the SOG, arranging special invitations and coordinating other local requirements necessary for the campaign.

The advance coordination meant that when the campaign team reached the next city, the necessary arrangements were already being worked out.

For a campaign travelling across 11 cities and conducting hundreds of activities, this kind of behind-the-scenes preparation was important in maintaining continuity and keeping the schedule moving from one location to another.

Taking the Message to Schools and Colleges

Young people were at the centre of the No Drugs Campaign. Schools and colleges provided an important platform for spreading awareness because early education and open conversations can play a valuable role in preventing drug abuse.

Through awareness programmes, rallies and community activities, the campaign encouraged students and young people to understand the risks associated with drugs and make informed decisions about their lives and future.

The involvement of law enforcement and youth-focused organisations also helped make the campaign broader than a conventional awareness programme, bringing together different perspectives around the issue of drug prevention.

Impact Made Through the Campaign

The No Drugs Campaign 2026 created a large-scale platform for drug-abuse awareness across Saurashtra. With 250+ events across 11 cities and an intended reach of 300,000+ lives, the campaign aimed to take its message to a significant number of young people and community members.

Its impact was not limited to the number of kilometres travelled. The campaign created repeated opportunities for people to hear, discuss and engage with the message of drug prevention in schools, colleges and public activities.

For Indiatic Foundation, our contribution helped strengthen the operational side of this movement. By preparing each upcoming city in advance, we helped create the local coordination required for awareness programmes, rallies, institutional visits and other activities to take place smoothly.

The campaign also demonstrated the value of collaboration between NGOs, government departments, law enforcement agencies, educational institutions and youth organisations. When these groups work together, a social awareness message can reach significantly farther and engage a much wider community.

A Collective Step Towards a Drug-Free Future

The No Drugs Campaign 2026 was more than a road journey. It was a large-scale effort to take a clear message of drug prevention and youth awareness across Saurashtra.

From 29 June to 10 July 2026, the campaign travelled through 11 cities, covering more than 1,100 kilometres and bringing together 12 riders and hundreds of awareness activities.

For Indiatic Foundation, supporting this initiative was an opportunity to contribute to a movement focused on protecting young people and encouraging healthier choices. Our role behind the scenes helped prepare each new destination so that the campaign could continue its journey without losing momentum.

The campaign reinforced a simple but important message: creating a drug-free future requires awareness, prevention and collective action—and when communities come together, that message can travel much farther.
